Biography:

Xu Huandong, professor, mainly engaged in government procurement research and teaching,who is the earliest frontier expert on government procurement in China. He published more than 100 academic papers, edited the first textbook of government procurement and won the first prize of education teaching achievement in Beijing. He presided over a number of research projects of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, and made more than 100 special reports on government procurement, playing a useful role in promoting the concept of government procurement as well as scientific and standardized.
